How to approach drafting and editing documents, summarising information, analysing data and planning presentations. We select examples and features supported by your licences and environment settings.

Email, meetings and collaboration
How to use AI meaningfully when drafting communications, organising information, preparing for meetings and planning follow-up steps. We tailor the topics to your access, permissions and available features.

Agents and automation of recurring work
We identify tasks that make sense to connect into multi-step workflows. Depending on the programme's goals and available environment, we also explore opportunities for further work with Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

Checking results and handling data
How to recognise unreliable responses, verify claims and understand the importance of access and permissions. Practical exercises follow your organisation's internal policies.

Before the workshop, we check which version of Copilot you use, which licences you have and which features your organisation has enabled. We use this to design the programme and practical exercises.
We do not base the content on the assumption that all users have the same capabilities.
