Hi, I'm Manca Gruden.
I'm an AI strategist and the founder of AYVA Tech.
I founded AYVA Tech because I know businesses don't need more theory about artificial intelligence — they need someone who can translate AI into practical implementation, streamlined processes, and measurable results.
I have been working professionally with AI for about 3.5 years, starting with early European AI projects. Behind me are more than 1,000+ hours of delivered training and lectures, and today, alongside working with companies, I actively participate in shaping national and European AI curricula.
At AYVA Tech, I lead AI projects, AI training, and solution development for companies, leadership teams, and the public sector — from first steps with AI to agents, automation, and strategic implementation.
